At Trendy Beads, a customer gets 100% money back guaranteed, if not satisfied with the product.

If you are not happy with the jewelry, report the return  within 7 days from the day you received
items.

There is a
two year warranty.  If the jewelry gets broken or damaged,  a customer can ask for an
exchange or refund for that period of time.

Confirmation will be sent once items have been received.   

Customers are responsible for the applicable shipping charges for non-damaged items of
exchange.

HOW TO REPORT A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Send email with the date the jewelry was returned with proof of return (copy of mailed packed,
number, etc.) to
ana_trendybeads@yahoo.ca with your Order number in the subject field. One of
our customer service representative will contact with you via phone or e-mail. A return/exchange
authorization number will be given. You will NOT be able to return or exchange without
authorization number.
